Field Trip: Riverview Hayfields, S. Thomaston

Join trip leader Jeff Cherry at the GRLT Riverview Hayfields Preserve to look for Savannah Sparrows, Eastern Meadowlarks and other birds that prefer open field and edge habitat. We’ll also be on the lookout for American Kestrels and other migrating raptors.

Directions: We’ll meet in the Bobolink Trail parking lot located at 89 High Street (Route 131), South Thomaston. This property has a limited amount of parking, so please consider carpooling. For more information about this preserve, visit the Georges River Land Trust website.
